“Take cooking classes while in Europe — it will do wonders to expand your range of cooking. You’ll be able to bring a taste of Europe home with you with everything you’ve learned. Our class with The International Kitchen in Paris started with a visit to the local market with the chef to select ingredients, followed by a hands-on cooking class where we prepared a full French meal complete with dessert and a French wine pairing!”
